By purchasing our cybersecurity consulting services,you (the "Client") authorize Ironjaw ("the Company") to perform a complimentary security gap analysis. A primary business owner or an authorized decision-maker with full system access must be present for the duration of the service engagement. Failure to have an appropriate representative present may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of the session.

5. Scope of Services
Our service involves a consultative analysis of your current cybersecurity posture.We will provide recommendations and a strategic roadmap based on industry best practices. It is important to understand that Ironjaw provides consulting advice only. The Client is solely responsible for implementing any recommended changes.

6. Limitations on Service Execution
For the safety and security of your systems,Ironjaw consultants will not perform direct changes on your internal devices, computers, or systems during the consulting session. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile devices, laptops, desktops, servers, and network hardware. All analysis is observational, and any subsequent actions are to be carried out by the Client or their designated IT personnel.

7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
· Ensure a qualified representative is present as outlined in Section 4.
· Provide necessary access for observation and analysis during the scheduled session.
· Assume all responsibility for the implementation, configuration, and outcomes of any recommendations provided by Ironjaw.

Part III: Data, Liability, and General Provisions
8. Data Privacy and Handling
Ironjaw is committed to protecting your privacy.
· No Collection of Sensitive Data: We will not request, collect, or store any passwords, personal identifiable information (PII), or sensitive financial data (e.g., bank account details, credit card numbers) from your business, except for the payment information required to process the service fee.
· Payment Information: All payment data is processed securely through our third-party payment processor and is not stored on Ironjaw's systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Site and our services is at your sole risk.
The Site and our services,including the recommendations provided by Ironjaw, are based on best practices at the time of the consultation.
